About the Opportunity: We are partnered with a well-established professional services firm with offices across Brisbane, Gold Coast, and interstate to find a talented associate adviser for their Gold Coast office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring financial adviser to join a collaborative and client-focused team, supporting senior advisers and working on a wide range of financial planning strategies.
As an associate adviser, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial plans, conducting research, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
You will work closely with senior advisers to help clients navigate their financial goals while developing your skills in the financial advice industry.

You will have the opportunity to complete your Professional Year and move into an authorised financial adviser role.Work-Life Balance: Located on the Gold Coast, this role offers an enviable lifestyle with access to the best beaches, cafes, and activities.Supportive Team Environment: Work with a team that values collaboration, professional development, and providing top-tier client service.Flexibility: You will have flexibility with your daily start/finish times and once settled in, can work from home up to 2 days a week.Tasks and Responsibilities: Attend client meetings alongside DirectorDevelop advice strategiesAssist in the preparation of comprehensive financial plans and advice documentsConduct research and analysis to assess clients' financial situationsLiaise with paraplanning and admin supportFoster and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and serviceAbout You: Completed or studying FASEA approved degree2+ years previous experience in a paraplanner or associate adviser role within a financial planning firmStrong analytical skills with a keen eye for detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamKeen to complete your Professional Year and become a financial adviserSalary is flexible depending on experience, circa $80,000 + Super.
