Your next opportunity DMG have a career defining Contracts Administrator opportunity to launch your construction career with a household name and join our South-East Queensland team.
Under the guidance of a Construction Manager, you will provide accurate and timely contracts administration and to ensure project performance is reviewed and analysed to maintain accurate monitoring, reporting, and forecasting.
This role will also be responsible for reviewing compliance with commercial requirements set out in head contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, quality management systems, policies, and project specific requirements.
Your day will involve: Preparing and submitting progress claims to clientsAnalysing and preparing all variationsProcuring and managing subcontractors and suppliersMonitoring of site activities and ensuring they are performed within budgetPreparing and presenting monthly project reports and forecastsEstimate and cost plan live and prospective projectsTeam lead on project financial performance.What are we looking for? Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the Building and Construction industryTertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity SurveyingProficiency with enterprise resource planning software, in particular Jobpac and Microsoft ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.What's on offer?
