As a Social Media Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our client's digital storytelling efforts.
Your role will encompass everything from crafting engaging posts and creating eye-catching visuals to producing short-form video content that captures audience attention.

Responsibilities
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts
Develop and edit short-form video content (reels) that align with brand messaging and audience preferences
Manage posting schedules across multiple social media channels, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
Monitor social media engagement, responding to comments and messages to foster community growth
Collaborate with the paid ads team to support and amplify marketing campaigns
Track social media metrics and provide insights to continually improve strategy and performance
Requirements
Proven experience in creating and managing engaging social media content
Proficiency in image and video editing tools, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics
Strong writing skills for crafting captivating captions and social media copy
Experience in creating short-form video content, particularly for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and analytics
Ability to adapt tone and style to match brand voice and target audience
Willingness to work according to Australian business hours
Passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates
