We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing, Communications, and Sponsorship Manager to lead AIOH's outreach, engagement, and sponsorship activities. This role is critical in advancing the organisation's mission, strengthening brand visibility, and building effective partnerships with sponsors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Communications Develop and implement strategies to enhance AIOH's brand and increase public awareness of occupational hygiene and health.Manage and update website content to improve user experience and drive traffic.Create and oversee social media campaigns to ensure consistent audience growth and engagement.Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns with clear, measurable goals.Build and maintain media relationships to secure positive coverage and raise the organisation's profile.Promote AIOH events to ensure strong participation and engagement.Conduct surveys and focus groups to measure brand awareness and inform strategy refinements.Sponsorship and Engagement Identify, develop, and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with AIOH's objectives.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, businesses, and industry partners.Engage in B2B efforts to attract and retain sponsors, partners, and supporters.Create sponsorship proposals and tailored packages to meet the needs of prospective sponsors.Track and report on sponsorship revenue, retention rates, and ROI, showcasing impact and value.Work closely with internal teams to ensure communication strategies align with organisational priorities.Provide regular updates on performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, and strategic outcomes.Continuously enhance communication and sponsorship strategies by incorporating feedback from stakeholders.Experience and Skills Required Proven experience in sponsorship development, business development, or stakeholder engagement, preferably within a professional association or not-for-profit setting.Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills with a track record of securing and managing sponsorships or partnerships.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including sponsors, industry partners, and internal teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating persuasive sponsorship proposals and marketing materials.Analytical skills to track and evaluate sponsorship performance, including ROI and retention metrics.Strategic mindset with the ability to align sponsorship and stakeholder activities with organisational goals.Familiarity with marketing and communication tools, including CRM platforms, to manage stakeholder engagement.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include, but are not limited to: Website Traffic: Growth in unique visitors, page views, and session duration.Social Media Engagement: Follower growth, impressions, and engagement metrics.Email Campaign Effectiveness: Open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Sponsorship Revenue: Total funds secured annually.Sponsor Satisfaction: Feedback on sponsor experience and ROI.Brand Awareness: Public perception through surveys or focus groups.Overall Performance: ROI, progress toward goals, and stakeholder feedback.To Apply:
