The Role: As a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and driving our sponsorship activities, building lasting relationships, and ensuring the success of our sponsorship partnerships.
Duties include: Support and lead activities focused on generating sponsorship opportunities.Identify and research potential sponsors, developing tailored proposals that align with their marketing and business objectives.Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing sponsors, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.Negotiate sponsorship agreements, covering terms, deliverables, and financial commitments.Collaborate with the events team to seamlessly integrate sponsor requirements into event planning and execution.Work with internal stakeholders to develop innovative and creative opportunities for new and existing corporate partner proposals.Monitor and report on sponsorship performance, providing regular updates to senior management.Stay current with industry trends and best practices, using insights to continuously improve our sponsorship offerings.Essential to the role: Proven experience in sponsorship/partnership management, including securing, managing, and retaining sponsors.Experience in identifying new sponsorship opportunities and creating innovative sponsorship packages and marketing materials.Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication abilities.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly when engaging with stakeholders and sponsors.Knowledge of budget and finance management, particularly in sponsorship-related activities.Familiarity with marketing and communications strategies to enhance sponsorship offerings.Ability to work independently and manage your workload efficiently while maintaining high productivity.WHAT'S ON OFFER: Flexible working arrangementsNedlands LocationAbility to qualify for an additional 3 days of leave over the Christmas periodA range of exclusive discounts and offers with select local businesses.TO APPLY: Applications can be made via submission of a cover letter and resume, addressing the requirements of the position.
