Job Description
Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation to become a trusted partner.
Demonstrate ER/IR leadership through providing high-level, practical and tactical advice to key stakeholders including HR and Operational Leaders.
Be the EA go-to expert for a range of activities including EA benchmarking to identify best-practice improvements, negotiation and consultation approaches to ensure business, people and legislative requirements are met.
Lead and support enterprise bargaining processes across the Group.
Award & EA interpretation.
Regularly coach and develop the ER competency of the HR Divisional teams.
Provide top-tier advice on a variety of matters including disciplinary processes and disputes, union management.
The Successful Applicant
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment/Industrial Relations or other related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in employment/industrial relations, Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation and negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute discreet projects independently.
Ability to take ownership of complex ER/IR matters.
Confident and tactful written and verbal communication skills.
Strong consultation, negotiation and rapport building skills.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian employment legislation and regulations.
