This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of critical business functions.Key responsibilities include:Managing & filtering customer communication via email and phone.Overseeing workplace operations and ensuring workflows run efficiently.Writing, organising, and keeping company SOPs up to date.Basic financial administration and record-keeping.Drafting applications and documents.Drafting quotes and invoices.Manage our Google Drive and internal documents and registers.Assist with rostering and cross-checking timesheets for the team.Coordinating training sessions and organising staff activities and events.Assist with social media posting and website updates.Order various office and warehouse supplies.What You'll NeedAt least 3 years of office experience.Strong proficiency in modern software systems.Excellent communication skills, with experience handling email and phone communications.Self-organisational skills and high attention to detail.Preferred but not essential: experience with ServiceM8, Xero, Meta, Hubdoc and Squarespace.What We OfferA part-time ongoing role with flexible work arrangements and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.Ready to Join Eco Sparky?If this sounds like the role for you, we'd love to hear from you Apply now and take the next step in your career with Eco Sparky.
