We're all about building a high-performing team, where we embrace collaboration and new ways of thinking.We are seeking an Injury Management Specialist who is motivated and strives to provide the highest quality of customer service to clients.Responsibilities:Triage injuries and incidents as they occur to support employees in accessing timely care and support.Effectively support and assist employees with work and non-work related injuries and conditions to recover at/return to work.Provide expert advice and guidance relating to workers compensation claims.Work with injured/ill employees, their manager, treating doctors, and the insurer to achieve positive health outcomes.Manage referrals and action within required timeframes.Lodge claims and attend claim strategy reviews including THP & NTDs when required.Conduct assessments, develop and implement return to work plans.Take the lead on national return to work and injury prevention initiatives.Why Procare?We offer a thorough induction program for all new starters, along with regular opportunities for career progression to suit your interests, stage, and skills.
