As we continue to grow, we're seeking a talented part-time SEO Specialist to join our team in the Philippines.
About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to work remotely for 20 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO best practices and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and organic search rankings.
Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for a portfolio of clients.Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify optimization opportunities and areas of focus.Perform regular SEO audits, providing data-driven recommendations with clear reasoning and documentation.Manage and oversee blog outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks.Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, content, and website structure.Monitor and analyze website performance and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed expectations.Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and implement effective keyword strategies.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithm updates, assessing their potential impact on client results.Identify and diagnose SEO issues, devising effective interventions to overcome obstacles.Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization and mobile-first indexing.Develop strategies to increase organic traffic and improve SERP rankings while adhering to white-hat SEO practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field2+ years of experience in SEO management or a similar roleProven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic trafficStrong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools, and techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Semrush, Yoast SEO, Screaming Frog and other relevant SEO tools.Familiarity with content management systems such as Wordpress and Shopify.Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote settingCreativity and strategic thinking to generate content ideas that resonate with our audience.In-depth knowledge of technical SEO best practices.If you're passionate about SEO and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you.Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
