About the Role
Join SOMFY PTY LTD' as a Customer Care Consultant based in Rydalmere NSW 2116.
This full-time role is an integral part of our Customer Experience team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
First point of contact for Customers representing our organisation in a professional and friendly manner for both SOMFY and BFT brands
Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
Assisting with order placements
Logging and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Offering recommendations to enhance the customer experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs
Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
Back-up on lead management program liaising with SOMFY Retail Expert Partners
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role, ideally within the building/construction or gate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using customer relationship management CRM systems (Salesforce) and order management systems (Sage 300)
Experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support or Client & Sales Administration industry
A desire to provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the team
