About the opportunity
Kids First have a prominent 125-year history of safeguarding children achieved through an unwavering commitment to people and transformation.
This role will focus on:
Coordinating the provision of all Kids First trauma-informed training and consultations packages to services across Victoria.
Providing Professional Consultation and Coaching to Teachers and Educators in the field.
Supporting the growth and development of the service nationwide, promoting the program through networks across the sector.
About you
Qualification in Early Childhood Education is essential.
Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is essential.
Proven experience in providing high-quality education and training programs with a focus on trauma-informed models and practice, across Child and Family Services or Early Learning sectors.
Demonstrated experience in designing training packages that evidence best practice while meeting the needs of the market.
Demonstrated knowledge of the best practice models and theories relating to children, families, trauma, violence, or abuse.
