Senior People and Culture Business PartnerDescriptionAbout the McGrath Foundation: The McGrath Foundation's mission is to ensure that no one goes through breast cancer without the care of a breast care nurse.
We raise money to fund McGrath Breast Care Nurses right across Australia and invest in their professional development to ensure people with breast cancer receive the highest standard of care.

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strengthening and maintaining effective relationships across the Foundation and with core People and Culture suppliers.Supporting the Foundation's strategy by partnering with managers and team members to drive consistent and effective People and Culture practices.Driving a positive, supportive and open organisational culture and providing insights to achieve individual and organisational objectives.Keeping abreast of government and best practice people and culture progress and recommending / embedding change as appropriate.Promoting life-long learning and providing the team with opportunities to expand their professional development.This is a fixed term contract until the end of August 2025, based in the Sydney CBD.
Hybrid working arrangements are available, with the team working 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for a mix of the following experience, qualifications, and skills:
Tertiary qualifications in People and Culture, Human Resources or a related discipline and/or Australian Human Resources Institute Certification.At least five years' experience in a People and Culture Business Partner role, providing strategic insights and support to senior stakeholders.A strong understanding of employment legislation and people and culture best practices.Proven ability to build effective relationships.Strong interpersonal skills including problem solving and conflict resolution.The McGrath Foundation is an employer of equal opportunity and celebrates the diversity of our team.
