In this role you will: Oversee the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure timely compliance with ASX requirements.Manage the external audit process, liaising with auditors and preparing detailed work papers.Prepare and review monthly financial results, monitor performance and provide insights to senior management on variances to budget.Educate stakeholders on financial reports and foster financial awareness across the business.Lead the development and maintenance of accounting policies, ensuring compliance with new accounting standards.Support sustainability initiatives by preparing Climate Related Financial Reporting Disclosures.Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and accounting processes across the group.About You At least 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, with a strong focus on statutory financial reporting and auditing.Deep understanding of accounting standards, tax law, and compliance in publicly listed entities.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.Highly analytical, with advanced financial acumen and experience using Business Intelligence tools like TM1 Cognos or Power BI.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate.Adept at managing conflicting priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Qualified with a tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance, and a professional membership to CA or CPA.If you are looking for a challenging role where you can lead, innovate, and be part of a forward-thinking finance team, apply today and help shape the future of Data#3's financial success.
