The Role As the Group Finance Manager, you will play an integral part in the financial leadership, steering our organisation towards sustained success.
Your expertise will ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and financial excellence across our operations.
You will lead a talented team, championing financial performance while maintaining data integrity to provide timely insights to key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor your team to ensure accurate and reliable financial operations, especially in payroll and client billing.Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash management, and insightful financial analysis.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, managing annual audits and statutory reporting.Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks and IT support, for seamless division operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in compliance and accreditation activities.Recruit and support team members to foster a high-performing culture.What You Bring Minimum 5 years' post-qualification (CA/CPA) with relevant experience leading high performance finance teams.Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong verbal and written communication abilities, fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.A passion for problem-solving and delivering solutions in a dynamic environment.High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a commitment to cultural sensitivity.Qualifications - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, or designation as a CPA or CA.
