Your opportunity As the technical expert and voice of our Data & Analytics technology team, lead the activities to plan, design, build, and operate the data & integration platforms, provisioning solutions at scale.
Responsibilities: Mentor and develop the DataOps & Integration engineering team fostering an environment that encourages collaboration & performance.Ensure the team has clarity around priorities and goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to help shape scope of new initiatives.Contribute to Solution architecture and technology decisions for data/integration initiatives.Manage delivery of minor enhancements and deliverables within the team.Develop & establish Engineering Standards in collaboration with Platform manager and Engineering leads.Identify and implement operational improvements on the platforms.Continuously investigate opportunities to optimise and modernise the data & integration platform architecture to enable and support strategic programs across Scentre Group.Manage vendor relationships to deliver features and uplift platform capability.Manage spend on Cloud consumption and licensing on platforms to stay within budget.What will set you apart from the rest?
