APS 6 Learning and Development Facilitator The Learning and Development section is looking for experienced facilitators to join our team.
Our vision is to be a contemporary, professional HR service that delivers effectively and efficiently for the business and has the client at the centre of what we do.
We are building out in-house facilitation offerings and are looking to expand the existing team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that effective capability initiatives are implemented and delivered to support the DVA's strategic priorities and to bring our workforce strategy to life.
Our ideal candidates are agile and responsive people who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and establishing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
We are seeking candidates who possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, can manage competing priorities, and are flexible to change.

Duties
Eligibility notes: This recruitment process is being used to fill ongoing and/or non-ongoing position/s.
For more information about the role, please see the Candidate Information Pack.

Where a non-ongoing position is offered, the role will be filled for an initial specified term of up to 23 months.
A merit pool of suitable applicants may be created which may be used to fill future ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies should they become available over the next 18 months.
Successful applicants engaged into the APS will be subject to a probation period.
