SUPERVISOR - Civil / Construction / Bulk Earthworks Our Company is evolving, and we are currently preparing for an extended period of growth across our business within our Civil & Construction, Bulk & Detailed Earthworks, pipeline, and dewatering space.
The Role : We are currently looking for an Experienced Supervisor to oversee one of our major Civil, Construction, Bulk & Detailed Earthworks Projects in WA.
Key Responsibilities : Provide leadership and supervision to site teams. Leading a safe operational culture. Scheduling and Coordination of daily site works. Leading the production, support, and delivery of the projects in line with time, cost, quality, and compliance requirements. Coordination of Labour, Plant, Subcontractors, and materials. About You : Minimum 5 years Civil Construction Supervisory Experience - Civil and Bulk Earthworks Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of workers and contractors. Have a high safety focus. Technical knowledge of construction and civil processes. Effective team leadership by displaying skillful communication, technical expertise, promotion of key business values, and ability to mentor and coach employees.
