Join a fun and social team, enjoy a calendar of health & wellbeing activities, a fitness passport, exciting industry events, ongoing professional development and community volunteering opportunities amongst many other perks.Make an impact your way by:Lead a team of rehabilitation consultants to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs;Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;Recruitment, induction and training of new team members;Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;Drive an engaging workplace culture.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have:Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing;Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body (AHPRA / ESSA / AASW / ASORC, RCAA etc);Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;Ideally previous or current experience in occupational rehabilitation.Additional InformationEvery day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community and each other.Here at IPAR, we have three simple but powerful values that drive every decision we make as a business and as a team.
