Join Our Team as an Experienced Bookkeeper
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team full-time.
In this role, you'll oversee essential day-to-day bookkeeping operations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and contribute to the smooth running of our office.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Inputting sales orders and purchases and conducting bank reconciliations.
Supervising accounts payable/receivable processes Monthly financial reporting Performing office management and administrative tasks as needed Coordinating routine stock takes Managing personnel, customer, and supplier records Overseeing insurance and vehicle fleet Handling inquiries via reception and telephone What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role Previous experience in BAS preparation & completion Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping and office management.
Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while working independently.
Positive and proactive attitude Excellent time-management abilities Proficiency with MYOB functions (minimum 3-5 years full-time experience) Proficient in MS Office suite, mainly Excel's core arithmetic functions Possession of NSW Driver's license and reliable vehicle Full Australian working rights and current residency About Us:
