Join Our Team as an Experienced Bookkeeper We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team full-time.
In this role, you'll oversee essential day-to-day bookkeeping operations, manage accounts payable and receivable, and contribute to the smooth running of our office.
Benefits: Competitive salary packageThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of Australia's leading food businesses.Family-owned and operated atmosphereSupportive and welcoming staff and managementConvenient off-street parking is availableEarly start 7:00 am to make the most of your day.Tasks & Responsibilities: Inputting sales orders and purchases and conducting bank reconciliations.Supervising accounts payable/receivable processesMonthly financial reportingPerforming office management and administrative tasks as neededCoordinating routine stock takesManaging personnel, customer, and supplier recordsOverseeing insurance and vehicle fleetHandling inquiries via reception and telephoneWhat We're Looking For: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar rolePrevious experience in BAS preparation & completionDemonstrated expertise in bookkeeping and office management.Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while working independently.Positive and proactive attitudeExcellent time-management abilitiesProficiency with MYOB functions (minimum 3-5 years full-time experience)Proficient in MS Office suite, mainly Excel's core arithmetic functionsPossession of NSW Driver's license and reliable vehicleFull Australian working rights and current residencyAbout Us: We are a highly regarded, family-owned business in the food industry, serving top-tier restaurants, hotels, and food retailers.
