We are looking for a business-savvy digital project manager who can drive IT transformations, humanise & simplify the process with the ability to build products that give real value to end-users.
Skills and experience: Significant experience (5+ years) managing ICT transformation projectsSignificant agile (Scrum, SAFE, DSDM, Prince2, etc.)
experience in data engineering, dev ops or infrastructure projectsExperience working in large, complex organisations such as financial or government organisationsAbility to adapt project management style to suit the type of project and client requirementsDemonstrable end-to-end project management experienceStrong understanding of change management within a transformationTakes full responsibility for the ways of working from definition, approach, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of projects to ensure business valueExceptional genuine and personable communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management skillsAbility to leverage internal teams' collective knowledge and experience to bring extensive industry and functional knowledge to our customersExperience delivering cloud migration projectsOur future is our people; collectively we are our greatest strength and our most valued asset.
