Work collaboratively with in house specialists to create and deliver outstanding solutions and growth outcomes for clients.MUST have minimum 3 years relevant digital agency experience.REQUIRED; Experienced and certified project management and UX design.
eCommerce project experience.IDEAL: Integrations knowledge and experienceFUTURE OPPORTUNITY: Functional leadershipReporting to: Digital DirectorLocation: MelbourneKey functions of the role:This position is primarily responsible for:Website project leadership: Strategy and CommunicationsClient (projects) ManagementWebsite projects management and coordinationWebsite projects process adherence and developmentUser Experience (UX) leadershipCustomer Experience (CX) LeadershipProject ManagementWebsite effectiveness and PerformanceThe key task responsibilities for this role:Outstanding Communications: Internal and ExternalWorkshop Facilitation and LeadershipFollowing and developing best practice website project management procedures and protocolsAdhering to the project management processesKnowledge and experience with website project management software toolsDirect website projects coordination and managementInternal (team) collaborations and communicationsApplying research fundamentals and methodologies to all activitiesApplying customer and user experience centricity to all activitiesInternal reporting and documentation proceduresWhat you will need to be a success in this role:Exceptional communication and presentation skillsPassion for Web – achieving best practiceDeep knowledge of Website and UX, and eCommercePrevious experience (3+yrs) in a similar roleExperience with analytics & tracking & data centred performance analysis and reportingPositive, self-motivated, passionate, enthusiastic, a can-do attitude & dynamic are a few keywords that describe the best fit personality for this position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
