Business Trainee

Kick start your career with a Business Traineeship You'll have the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining valuable experience in the workplace in various aspects of Business operations working towards achieving a Certificate III in Business. We have opportunities working in entry level administration roles within medical, IT, financial/accounting and consultancy businesses across the Brisbane South & Gold Coast Region.
You will be immersed in a supportive environment where learning and growth are prioritised.
Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate contactsManaging emails and taking messagesPerforming data entry, filing, and scanning documentsProviding customer service both in person and over the phoneUtilising Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programsAssisting with any other tasks as required by the Host EmployerIdeal Candidate Requirements: Eligible to undertake a TraineeshipProfessional, well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable and punctualMotivated with a positive attitude towards learning and developmentGeneral computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferredPossession of a drivers licence and access to own transport is preferred and highly regardedBenefits: Award wages (paid fortnightly) + Super + Holiday Leave Loading + Allowances.Full Time employment/contract.Upon completion: Certificate III in Business.A dedicated Field Officer to support you during your traineeship.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to assist you with your personal wellbeing.Why Join Us?
