About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our field operations in Perth, WA.
This role involves managing daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and fostering strong client relationships while supervising crane crews and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with management to oversee operational staff, including crane operators and riggers.Take ownership of site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Uphold high safety standards and ensure compliance during all crane activities.Attend regular operational meetings to align with project goals and objectives.Conduct staff performance assessments and recommend necessary training.Maintain compliance with company and client policies and procedures.Qualifications and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need:
1+ years of leadership experience in crane operations or related industries.A strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on crane operation experience.A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Relevant leadership qualifications and computer literacy.Full Australian working rights and a valid driver's license.Why Join Us?
