Position: Retail Store Team Member Make an Impact by: Bringing passion and style to inspire serious brand loyalty among customers.Serving and selling like a pro, connecting customers with products they'll love.Staying sharp and keeping the store operations running smoothly.Purpose & How You'll Play Your Part: Know your store and personal sales targets, and aim to beat them every shift.Deliver standout service and exceed customer expectations by living the Brand's values.Represent as a Brand Ambassador, embodying our attitude and ethos every day.Flex your seasonal brand and product knowledge to create winning sales moments.Use product features, benefits, and unique selling points to connect customers to the Brand.Keep our store standards high—execute visual merchandising and in-store communications with style.Quickly process deliveries and replenish shelves so our products are always ready for action.Handle cash transactions with accuracy and speed.Minimize product loss on both the sales floor and in the stockroom—think of it as guarding the merchKeep store operations efficient, safe, and on point.Collaborate productively and positively with your team; it's all about teamwork here.Complete training and apply what you've learned—growth starts here.Look for feedback and new ways to improve; we're always evolving, and you should too.Who You'll Work With: Customers who look to you as the brand expert.Peers and supervisors who value your contributions to the team.What You Bring to the Team: Ideally, a month or two of experience in a fast-paced sports/fashion retail environment.A knack for communication and solid numeracy skills.Ready to bring the heat and showcase your style in the world of sports and fashion retail?
