What you'll deliver with us ? Reporting Directly into the Head of Data & AI Partnerships will be the Data & AI Partnerships representative that oversees and manages new initiatives.
This role will drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with stakeholder expecations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and a deep understanding of Australia Post address systems and services.
The Delivery Lead will manage the delivery of financials in accordance with vendor and customers agreements.
Being a strong communicator is vital as you will be collaborating with stakeholders to define initiative requirements, objectives and deliverables.
Part of the role involves providing feedback and input into initiatives and how they affect the customer
On top of that it is the Delivery Lead's responsibility to ensure enquiries are responded to within the specified SLAs.
You will be able to influence product delivery team processes, business Services team processes, direct customer retention strategy and selection of team vendors.
You'll also ? Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver initiatives related to Data & AI Partnerships Ensure that each initiative is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Support the Head of Data & AI Partnerships to achieve committed revenue and EBIT targets Deliver operational efficiency and profitability by developing improvements Contribute to team initiatives, including; product development, delivery and decommission activities.
Develop plans and drive the teams strategic priorities, based on available reporting (i.e.
products, revenue, profit target etc.)
Work with the Australia Post internal teams to manage customer requirements About you ? You will have advanced stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong connections with a range of internal stakeholders.
Comfortable working within and navigating an enterprise environment.
You will be working internally with the Data & AI Partnerships team members, Account Managers, Legal, Finance BP's, Data Delivery, Address Post team and Enterprise Services teams.
Externally you may engage with Australia Post customers as well as Data & AI partnership suppliers.
You'll also need ? Expert knowledge of at least one Agile framework, Scaled Agile experience is particularly advantageous Well-developed interpersonal oral, written communications, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills Understanding of Australia Post's Data & AI Partnerships products/customers and of Australia Post's addressing infrastructure.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Excel (Knowledge of VBA/macro programming would be an advantage) Works effectively and efficiently with a variety of forms and licence agreements Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment and meet deadlines How we'll deliver for you ?
