Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the commercial team, including procurement, contract administration, and finance.
Oversee the preparation and negotiation of contracts, tender packages, and variations.

Manage risk assessments, cost control processes, and project-wide commercial reporting.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive commercial success and deliver positive financial outcomes for the project.
Oversee subcontractor payments, contract disputes, and performance management to ensure project delivery meets set targets.
About You:
Minimum of 15 years' experience in a commercial management role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sector.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage large teams and complex contracts.
Extensive experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and managing large-scale projects.
Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and optimize financial outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, law, engineering, or a related field.
