ProSidian Seeks a Business Analyst (AFRC2) located: CONUS - Aurora, Colorado to provide Sector related Solutions on behalf of The Space Force.
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Business Analyst with ProSidian Consulting's Air Force Engagement Team, you will support the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) mission to integrate wartime ready Individual Reserve (IR) forces.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Business Analysis:
Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to develop technical work products and presentation materials.
Provide expertise in business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements management.
Produce task-specific reports and analyses to support decision-making among stakeholders.
Document current processes, analyze requirements, and develop implementation plans for process improvement.
Desired Qualifications For Business Analyst (AFRC2):
Master's degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree accepted with relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Skills / Abilities / Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
Master's degree or higher preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis.
Experience with business process definition and modeling.
Familiarity with project management and requirements management.
Proficiency in graphics and programming software.
Skills Required
Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.
Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Citizenship Required.
