The Senior Strategy Director is responsible for developing brilliant solutions for our clients and new business.
You partner with our team and your clients to define and overcome business problems, harnessing the opportunities others don't see.
Day to day in this role, you'll get to: Product
Develop brilliant business, brand and communications strategies across all channels; digital, traditional and brand experiences (including utility or product).
Drive and shape world-class creative solutions.
Be an indispensable partner to our clients focused on growing their business.
Ensure we and our clients are at the cutting edge of communications by knowing what is around the corner in terms of changes in human behaviour and technology.
Conduct and interpret research or data that develops both groundbreaking and actionable insights.
Partner with and enable the creative department to deliver innovative thinking.
Facilitate innovation through thought leadership.
Write clear and concise briefs, in-depth strategies and measurement plans for assessing the impact of all activity.
Be a strong team player throughout Leo's, building talent internally and hunting talent in the market.
Conduct strategic analysis of competitors, market, brand and customer experience and ROI opportunities.
Profit
Identify opportunities to grow your client's business and deliver new business opportunities.
Understand drivers of our clients and Leo's financial performance.
Seek out opportunities for generating revenue, developing relationships and winning new business.
Always look for a better way and bigger idea.
The person we're looking for has: Experience in a senior role within a strategy function.
Excellent brand strategy experience.
Exceptional presentation and influence.
Ability to build great relationships across our teams, Publicis Groupe and our clients.
An uncanny knack for distilling complexity into simplicity.
Passion for challenging the status quo through brilliant strategic and creative solutions.
