What you'll be doing Manage all store operations, including staff scheduling, sales management, and overseeing the despatch area while leading by example.Assist with quality project management, providing support to account managers to achieve the best outcomes for their clients.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.Empower, lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Analyse store performance data and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall efficiency.Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.Collaborate with the operations team to implement efficiencies and best practices.What we're looking for Experience in a retail management role, preferably in the commercial trade or furniture industry.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to understand and cater to the needs of our target market.Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive decision-making.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.The Empire Experience: Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, you'll be backed by a powerhouse team of Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders.
