Location: West Perth Role type: Temporary Hourly rate: $40-50ph+Super (depending on experience) Hours: 38 hours per week - flexible start and finish times Start date: ASAP You will be joining a friendly and supportive accounting team where you will be repsonsible for end to end processing of AP and AR utilising Pronto.

Your duties will include:
Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in verifying and recording expenses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Monitor routine expenses to flag any cost inconsistencies and report variances.
Maintain organised financial records and assist with audits as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the mining or resource sector.
Familiarity with cost control principles and financial analysis.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
