As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will directly report to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader and play a vital role in our account operations.As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, your role is crucial in maintaining our company's financial health through the timely handling of incoming payments and accounts.
The role involves a high level of accuracy, customer interaction, and teamwork to ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled and maintained.Your main duties/key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Applying daily account paymentsConducting account reconciliationsProcessing account applicationsHandling other related accounts receivable dutiesTo be successful in the role the applicant will need:Previous accounts experience, 5 – 10 years' experience is desirable.Experience in Excel, SAP, Ariba Software and other online portals (Essential).Excellent data entry skills and accuracyAbility to manage time effectivelyCustomer-focused mindsetConfident telephone mannerSelf-motivated, organised and works well as part of the teamWhat We Offer:Collaborative Environment: Working alongside a supportive team that values your input.Flexible Working Arrangements:Enhancements: Structured bonus scheme.Career Growth: You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, take on new challenges, and advance your career.Employee Assistance ProgramIf you are looking to join a supportive work environment where you can grow and become the best version of yourself, start your career with SWB.
