Exciting opportunity to join SA's iconic RAA Full-time fixed term 12-month contract with possibility of permanencyWork in a team with people who are passionate about what they doYour new opportunity The Essential Communications Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day management of Essential Communications delivery, prioritising high-quality member-focused outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Build, influence and maintain relevant stakeholder and vendor relationships.Contribute to the development and roadmap for content and communications to create valuable RAA user experience.Support the implementation of RAA's long term member engagement strategy to support the RAA group product portfolio.Co-ordinate campaigns and new communication journeys for all essential communications channels including mail, eDM, SMS and push notifications.Professionally and proactively work with stakeholders on Customer Communications Management, production, and delivery queries.Provide monthly reporting and analysis on essential communications and budget performance.Plus much more, found in the position description here.About you You are a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.

For this role, we're also looking for: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related business field mandatory.Ability to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust them accordingly.Demonstrated knowledge of direct marketing communications and campaign development.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.Ability to analyse and interpret data.About us We're proud to be one of South Australia's most iconic brands, trusted by members for more than 120 years.
