About the role:
The Events and Communications Coordinator plans and coordinates key activities to deliver high-impact IPA events and ensures that sponsored industry events maximize sponsorship benefits.
Role & Responsibilities: Manage event plans and timelinesDevelop and manage communications in relation to events to internal and external stakeholdersMeasure and report on event satisfactionManage event budgetsSkills & Experience: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.Min 2yrs in marketing, communications or public relations experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office Applications – Powerpoint, Word, ExcelExperience in managing events and briefing suppliersAbility to analyse and interpret data to inform plans and activityBenefits & Perks:
