About The Company:
You will be working for an Australian owned, online platform based in Sydney, specializing in thoroughbred auctions.
They are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who will be able to perform receivable duties whilst ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Role:
Managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable with a high volume of transactions Review credit applications and maintain customer files Collection of payments, receipts, and allocation Review and reconciliation of customer accounts Query resolution for accounts and invoice inquiries Ensuring customers keep within approved terms and identify risk Weekly and monthly reporting and invoice finance reconciliations Performance reports for sales Accounting tasks as directed by the Financial Controller To Be Successful for the Role:
2+ years' experience of working within Accounts Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and a proactive nature Background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred Possess the highest standard of ethics, confidentiality & professionalism Positive, can-do attitude WHVs are welcome to apply We encourage all applicants, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people with disability, LGBTIQ+, and culturally diverse communities.
