Allocations Consultant

YNA Victoria provides nursing, midwifery, careworker & support service staff to private clients, community & in-home programs, government agencies, hospitals, health & aged care facilities throughout Melbourne.
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in South Melbourne.
The role requires flexibility to work between 3–5 shifts per week.
Shifts are rostered for 8 hours between 4:45 AM & 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
You will be working exclusively onsite from our office in South Melbourne.
About the Role: Our Allocation Consultants are required to communicate with our on-hire staff & our clients to deliver the best service possible.
Typical Day: Taking client requests professionally & efficientlyProcessing client bookings, monitoring shift changes & updating staff availabilityMaintaining communication with staff & clients & problem solving, as requiredSkills & Experience: Ability to follow structured procedures & high attention to detailAbility to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, think laterally & problem solveFriendly, vibrant & outgoing team playerFocus & desire to continuously improveIf you are looking to join an innovative, expanding Australian-owned company & have a dedication to delivering excellence & professionalism, then YNA could be for you
