They have had a successful 2024 and are gearing up for a busy 2025 and beyond, turning down work as they are too busy They have a strong pipeline of work from trusted repeat clients. They are now hiring an experienced Senior Site Manager due to growth and project wins.My client is looking for an established industry professional with a career of completing commercial projects between $50m - $100m and excellent tenure with previous employers.They operate across a range of delivery methods, with D&C being a big focus, and are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial Construction industry.Specialising in a diverse range of projects including industrial, retail, health, community, and more. A diverse range of project experience is advantageous.Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:10 - 15+ years of experience in the roleLeadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.Excellent ability to build rapport with others.Strong past tenure with employers.Team player who loves a challengeMy favorite aspect of this family-owned organisation is their genuine care for their employees and maintaining an excellent team culture.
