Site ManagerDesign & Build Recruitment has partnered with a leading Tier 3 Commercial Construction company, who is searching for a Brisbane based Site Manager.The successful applicant will be based in the greater Brisbane area, and have relevant site management experience running commercial new build projects ranging from $5M to $20M.
You will be rewarded with a top remuneration package and a long term and secure pipeline of projects.
Our client is a full D&C contractor, and has also completed some of their own developments.
Our client has secured a variety of projects from Education, Commercial, Health, Retail, & Government.As the Site Manager you will be responsible for: Management and leadership for the co-ordination of trades, direct labour and materialsLiaison between Engineers, Senior Management and Principal ContractorEnsuring that problems are resolved, and all personnel on-site adhere and maintain a high standard of Health & SafetyDriving project to completion on time, to quality and under budgetTo be considered for the role of Site Manager you will require:New build commercial construction project experienceExperience working on Commercial Projects $5 million +Construction-related tertiary qualification is preferredFirst aid and QBCCThe ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the projectA desire to take on a long-term role where you will grow with the businessCompany Benefits:Quarterly in house company eventsCommunity fundraising eventsTight knit and supportive team cultureSenior leadership that will work with you to grow your careerQuality salary packageFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Tim Natusch on or click apply.
