On this project you will join a long term Project Manager and CA and you will enjoy knowing that they have recently delivered another project for the same client.They pride themselves on having a culture which allows people to use their own initiative and a self motivated person will definitely enjoy things and flourish.Role:The Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:Management of trades and subcontractors on siteCoordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocationImplementation of OH&S policiesEnsuring adherence to plans and specificationsApproval of subcontractor invoicesLiaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are metProvide leadership to the site teamLong and Short term programmingPerson:A stable career history within the construction industryCommercial construction experienceStrong construction foreman or Site Management experience with a reputable mid tier would be an advantageThe ability to work to and meet deadlinesWell organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrityTo apply please click the apply now button or email your cv to ****** or call Sean Halligan on 0401 729 *** for more information.
