What you're looking for You're a Project Manager who's been in the game long enough to realise what you want from a business and what you don't.
You know that the next company you work for needs to have the following:
A linear management structure where you can talk to the managing director, construction manager, and estimating manager as equals.

What they're looking for Someone who knows construction from all sorts of backgrounds and hasn't specialised.
This means you've managed and learned a lot from several projects of different scopes.
Someone who's been a contract administrator for at least a few years and knows the intricacies of the position so that you can communicate easily with your CA, who you'd have across all your projects.
Someone who likes a variety of projects from all different sectors and can manage 2-3 at a time.
