This is a great opportunity for you to have variety in your caseload which will allow you to utilise your skills and grow as a health professional.
We have a part-time (0.6 FTE) parental leave contract for 12 months starting in December with the possibility of extending.With a focus on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling people to participate in the everyday, you will work with a range of clients, visiting their homes, supporting and guiding them to achieve their goals and ultimately to help them live their best lives.
We provide services across the following packages and programs:Private services: supporting individuals with self-identified needs.Rehab in the home program: focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery.Hospital in the Home program: supporting clients after hospitalization, including general surgeries.Home Care Package clients: supporting those in our community who wish to remain independent at home.Residential aged care facilities: develop, implement, and manage programs.About youYou are a fully AHPRA registered Physiotherapist, with a minimum of 1 year's experience, ideally within a community setting and are comfortable working independently.As a mobile Community Physio, you will need to be comfortable travelling to our clients located in the Sutherland Shire and provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided for this travel).Up to $1000 CPD Allowance as well as access to internal training modules and regular CPD courses.Wellness and health programs: Feel good grants, wellbeing hub, EAP, Online fitness classes and more.Rewards and discounts in attractions, cinema, hotels and moreYou will work with, and receive support from the Clinical Lead, Senior Clinician and the broader Allied Health team, to develop your career with Amplar Health.Learn more about Amplar Health at sion and AccessibilityWe believe in everyone's potential and strive to make Amplar inclusive for all because different perspectives make us better.
