Nursery Room Leader | 0-2 yr olds | Castle HillWe are looking for a passionate and inspiring Room Leader to lead our 0-2 year olds in our 109 place service in Castle Hill.The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with each family and with other Educators.
You will have an evident passion for providing a warm and creative learning environment for our children and making our service the first choice for families in the community.About UsThe Whiz Kidz group are family-owned and operated childcare centres in NSW and VIC.
Our owners are two sisters, both with young children, who have a passion for quality childcare and early education.
Having sent all their young children to childcare, we understand what it means to be able to send your child to a centre each morning and walk away with the peace of mind that your child is being cared for in a loving and nurturing environment.
This is the ideal that drives Whiz Kidz each and every day.Qualifications & experience:Diploma in Early Childhood Education & CarePrevious experience working with children from 0-6 years oldStrong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsApproachable and well respectedA few key responsibilities of the role include:Developing open communication channels with staff, children, and families of the centre.Complying with the centre's policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation, and regulations.Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning.Working in partnership with a team of Educators who provide high-quality early childhood education and care.The hours of operation are 7am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.
