The Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Handyperson/Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field.
This position will be based at Erina Fair in Erina, NSW 2250 and requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday. The overall functions of this role are:
General handy-person and trade dutiesCarrying out preventative andcorrective maintenance workMaintain the presentation of the centre to a high standardProvide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clientsFlexibility to work across different shiftsTo succeed in this role you will need: Previous experience within retail environmentAbility to manage a team and work stand-alone.Qualification in either carpentry/plumbing/electrical engineering will be favourable, but not mandatoryVersatile handy-person skillsBe self-motivated and responsibleHave good time management and organisational skillsPhysically capable of moving equipmentLiaise with customers and customer complaintsTrade qualification in either carpentry, plumbing, painting etcAbility to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirableMust be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance CheckMust have valid work rights in AustraliaWhat we offer you: Reward and recognition incentivesOngoing training and developmentA safe and supportive working environmentCareer developmentA family-oriented cultureFree uniformOnsite parkingIf you are highly motivated and enthusiastic with a commitment to providing excellent service and would like to be part of a key onsite team, then please submit your cover letter and resume by clicking the 'Apply' button.
