Rogers Construction Group is a privately family-owned Sydney-based commercial construction company servicing NSW wide with offices also in Newcastle and Wollongong.
We specialize in education, corporate, retail, aged care/retirement living, and government projects.
Our Minor Works team has experienced significant controlled growth and is now seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our young and vibrant team.
Experience running multiple jobs at any one given time is a must.
Salary: Salary package/rates will be discussed during the interviews of shortlisted candidates.
Optional car package available.
Role and Responsibilities:
Experience in a similar role is a requirement for this job.
Manage multiple clients at any given time, prioritizing urgent jobs.
Build and maintain client relationships.
End to end management of reactive and pre-planned building maintenance.
Provide clients with regular updates and reports.
Creation of new requests on our job management software.
Adhere to RCG's WHS policies and procedures.
Coordination of internal staff and external sub-contractors.
Provide head of operations weekly report to outline works carried out inclusive of financial performance.
Assess and report potential additional works that may be required on site.
Maintain our current client rating of 8+ out of 10.
Preparation of quotes in a timely manner in accordance with KPIs.
Review subcontractor quotes and proposals and ensure value for money.

To be successful in this role, it is mandatory that the ideal candidate has previous experience in multi-disciplinary skills.
To be considered, you will ideally have the following:
Possess a good level of verbal & written communication skills Experience in a building maintenance or coordinator role Be committed, experienced, and passionate Well presented Valid Driver's License Able to appropriately pass a Working with Children Check and National Criminal History Check Application Questions:
