Health, Safety & Environment (Construction) Full time We are expanding our team and are looking for a HSEQ Systems Coordinator to assist Management in maintaining and continuously improving the HSEQ system at Odina Industries.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HSEQ professional or an individual who is enthusiastic to become an HSEQ professional.
As the HSEQ Systems Coordinator your primary responsibility will be to:
Maintain and manage HSEQ compliance documentation, including SWMS, permits, registersManage the Subcontractor management process (vetting and compliance of subcontractors)Maintain and continuously improve the company's integrated management system certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001Maintain and manage the company's HSEQ platformsDeliver HSEQ training when requiredAssist the Directors with preparing HSEQ reports and general office administrationManage and assist in investigating incidents, injuries and near missesPerform HSEQ audits and inspections to ensure compliance with the company's policies and proceduresParticipate in external HSEQ audits and client meetingsExperience and skills: 1-3 years of experience in a similar roleHigh level of written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accreditation (highly desirable)Experience in Avetta (desirable)Qualifications: WHS Qualification (Highly desirable)Construction White Card and valid driver's licenseValid First Aid (preferred)About Odina Industries: Odina Industries is a dynamic and client-focused Plumbing, Civil construction and environmental remediation firm, renowned for its expertise, safety standards and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.
