Bullet Points: Uncapped earning potential - base salary + commissionOn-going training and professional developmentGrow your career in a multi-national companyAbout the role: Eagers Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our dynamic team at Southside Volkswagen Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance as well as aftermarket products to all customers of our dealership.
This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.
Duties will include: Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurancePromoting the range of aftercare products to new and existing customersDelivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the businessBuilding and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholdersDeveloping your knowledge of our brand, products & servicesWorking collaboratively with the car's sales team to provide seamless customer serviceEnsuring the administrative operations are completed accuratelyMeeting KPIs and sales targetsAbout you: If you have a passion for providing great customer service, confidence in your communication and negotiation skills, and a positive 'can-do' attitude - we would like to hear from you
Prior experience in the Automotive Industry, F&I, Aftercare, and/or Vehicle Sales roles would be highly advantageous.
