With international hubs located in Australia, Europe, and the Middle East, we are united by one common purpose - we excel in creating sustainable solutions for a better world.Job DescriptionBESIX Watpac are seeking a Building Cadet to join our Construction SA division on a part-time basis, working through to our graduate program which will allow you to see all facets of the construction industry including Engineering, Design, Estimating and Safety this is a fantastic opportunity for a university student to secure a role with a Top Tier building contractor.Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times.Ensure compliance with the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and proceduresAssist with the trade package tendering process including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list, issue of documents, receipt of tenders, comparison of tenders and submission of tender recommendation for approval.Assist with general administration of trade packages following award including progress payments, variations and final accounts.Assist with the general administration of Head Contract including progress claim, extension of time claims and variations.Compilation and control of project documents including maintenance of a control register.
