u&u Recruitment Partners are pleased to partner with a leading professional services business, based in Sydney, in their search for a new Head of Corporate Secretariat Services.
Our client provides a range of outsourced corporate services to ASX-listed, private, unlisted property trusts, equity funds, and businesses considering an IPO.
Reporting directly to an experienced CEO and sitting on the formal Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Corporate Secretariat Services will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 20 corporate secretarial professionals (with 5 direct reports).Manage a small portfolio of ASX listed clients as the named Company Secretary.Ensure high performance, client service, and operational efficiency (including business development, financial management, and strategic projects).Ideal candidates will have:
5+ years' company secretary experience (ideally servicing ASX listed clients).Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.A professional qualification in law, corporate governance, or company secretarial services (preferred).For more information, please call Matt Brown at u&u on , quoting reference number 39885.
