The methods of assessing suitability in the recruitment process may vary, including making reasonable adjustments to support applicants at all stages of the process and employee lifecycle.About the Role:As the School Management and Learning Systems Support Coordinator, you will:Supervise and coordinate the School Management and Learning Systems Level 1 support activities to ensure that initial support to clients is efficient and effective, and Level 1 support staff are kept up to date with current School Management and Learning Systems application issues and advice.Develop and mentor School Management and Learning Systems support staff, manage job queues, resourcing, and assist support managers with completion of projects and resolution of major incidents.You will have responsibility for undertaking a range of tasks that contribute to providing support for School Management and Learning Systems incidents, service requests, and requests for advice. You will be required to:Maintain an in-depth knowledge of School Management and Learning Systems and associated modules, and provide high-level advice regarding their application as well as contemporary knowledge of the School Management and Learning Systems applications following releases or upgrades. (SFIA - TECH 5)Monitor customer service and service desk functions, and collect performance data to assist with the specification, development, research, and evaluation of services standards and apply these standards to resolve or escalate issues and give technical briefings to staff members. (SFIA - CSMG 4)Assist with processes related to School Management and Learning Systems major incidents and coordinate the activities of Level 1 staff during the management of major incidents: following agreed procedures, identifying, registering, and categorizing incidents; gathering information to enable incident resolution and promptly allocate incidents as appropriate; and maintaining records and advising relevant persons of actions taken; (SFIA - USUP 3)Supervise the work of individuals and teams and allocate routine tasks and/or project work, providing direction, support, and guidance as necessary, in line with individuals' skills and abilities and monitoring progress against agreed quality and performance criteria to facilitate effective working relationships between team members.
