If you've got the drive to manage, grow, and nurture a talented team and thrive in a market that's always on the up-and-up, this is your call to actionWHAT THIS ROLE "ENCUMBERS"As their Head of Sales + Growth, you'll be reporting directly to the Owner/Director. Consider this your official Title Deed to grow their client portfolio, knock down walls (metaphorically of course), and develop solid structures for success.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Build a rock-solid foundation of a high-performance, client-centric culture.
